version 14 switchover countdown

the switchover for version 14 will be on thursday 17th august!
the plots for the switchover will be released in sections on the 15th, 16th and 17th, so you can tune in each day from tomorrow to read more.
if you've never experienced a switchover before, don't worry. switchovers comprise of a new layout for the site and the overall site plot moving forward into its next chapter. there will be no site downtime, as the layout is switched live at a specific time on the 17th, and you are not required to finish or wrap up your old threads by any particular date (although you may choose to wrap them up to start afresh if you want).
for those of you who like to be around for the live switchover, it will take place at some time between 6pm - 9pm british summer time on thursday 17th. click here to translate that into your own timezone time. if you've never been around for a live switchover before, we usually have a party in cbox (or discord this time), so it should be fun.
