Ruieze Fields

Open fields and soft grass...
Ruieze stretches far in the midlands of Moladion, laced with streams that feed into Diveen and out of Asteraia at times. The fields are vast, filled with wildflowers and tall, soft grass; trees are sparse, as are rocks, but one can find small shrubs to hide amongst, and the grass itself. To the south of the fields, a Ruieze River widens, and the ground becomes sandy. There is a small, grassy island that can be reached from the banks, with water-birds often congregating on the island rather than the riverbanks.

The Spirit-Bound Brothers
[ males | three years old | 42in, 180 lbs | 40in, 160 lbs | no heart | no fates ]

“I don't want to go home yet! You shouldn't-”

They are not concerned about who she believed them to be, the brothers lean one shoulder into the others and Doyle asks her the all-important question. If she was the one they sought, that their Lady of the Lake had predestined that they would find and defend for the whole of their lives, bonded as three rather than simply two - their bound souls loving and caring and protecting her.

It is only when she mentions their not having been properly introduced that Frost speaks, solemn but eager to have her answer and therefore pushing ahead to answer for them both. “I am Frost, my soul-bound is Doyle. We have traveled far, I am sorry if we are… too forward with our curiosity.” Doyle does not argue, sorry enough to make the female upset. “My name is Wren, once princess of Diveen and daughter of Solara and Taliesin. I guess you could call my home a desert. It does get rather hot and it's not as full of trees as many of the other packs. It is next to Glorall, the ocean land. Is that what you wanted to know?” They look at each other, clearly the two males having a private moment between them with the meeting of eyes. “Why do you want to know? Who are you two?”

“We are… new to this place, you may not believe us or why we have come... Our…. oracle sent us to find the girl as dark as I and soft as Frost that we are meant to live for and protect. She is supposedly supposed to be of a land where Desert and Ocean meet.” He looks unused to explaining himself, stumbling over wishing to be believed and yet not thinking that this will happen easily for him. “We, you see, were drawn to you. And you say you are of desert and sea. Do you not see the miracle of that happenstance, you leaving your home and we being drawn to you just as you do?” Neither dare mention that she, by word of the Lady of the Lake, was also destined to also be their greatest love. She was too young, too new, and they utter strangers to her. It would not be believed, so they remain silent on that matter.
