Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

My son is here but not Zeltzin - curious, I must admit. I did not think she would let either of them out of her sight after Moteuh's...disappearance. In any case, I allow him passage without bothering him immediately - instead, I scout the border behind him. I hunt for any peculiar scents and yet, he has come alone. Though, he is not alone in Glorall at least. One of Underidge's? Her scent is familiar but only because it is one that is well concealed throughout the territory. I do not recall her name instantly but I place the thought aside, sure to look into it soon enough.

For now, I merely ponder my son's arrival as I move along his path. As I go, I snuff out his scent and place my paws atop his marks, concealing his entry as best as I can before I find him - and her. I do not know what has transpired here and I give the girl a pointed look and a tilt of my head as I move from behind the pair in silence; he is looking for me, I can tell. So, he has not learned to watch his back? Ah, I might have guessede. Honor dictates that one doesn't attack from behind, yes?
But honor is not so much a thing here. He will fast learn if that is what he has come for.

"Asriel," I call for him as I come within range, pausing before I reach out to give him a tentative sniff. "Solus es?" I ask if he is alone, though my eyes drift momentarily to the girl. I do not mind if she stays - I am sure Asriel knows of whom I ask. Shem? His mother?
I feel as if Zeltzin is unwilling to come here since Moteuh. I wonder if he brings a message.
