I get like this too! Like, sometimes even just the thought of sitting down and writing makes me so exhausted - I can't even mindlessly scroll through Tumblr or Pinterest because the brain just says nope.

I think the only thing you can really do is just...take a break! Just a solid night or two where you don't really interact with your computer unless you're watching or listening to something. Like, no typing! No long reading! Just give your brain and eyes a complete reset period. I find that by the end of the first night, I've recharged enough because I've stopped punching so much information into my brain for just a few hours. It's overstimulation, I think.

Also, if it's because you find yourself getting headache-y or eye ache-y, you can try a program like f.lux that will change your lighting so it's not white/blue light. It's great for avoiding eye strain!

Whatever it is, I hope you can get through it soon so we can enjoy your writing and you can enjoy your time online!!
