Those who can't sacrifice anything, can never change anything
He didn’t think he would get lucky enough to just come across someone from Iromar, but it wasn’t as if he could waltz in either and see what was going on. Their message to Diveen sounded pretty unwelcoming after all, out here at least he could feign some ignorance, though admittedly probably not enough to fool anyone that had a brain in their skull. Enough to least put reasonable doubt on the table at least. He was getting soaked through, his pelt long since had been dampened by it, his guard hairs not fully able to block it out, though really it didn’t bother him. It was useful to a degree, though still if anyone got close enough to him they could probably tell he was a Diveen wolf. He might not have been red and white like the traditional angels, but he still had the red markings that they took pride in.
He didn’t see the dark pelted wolfess though waiting in the rocks though. His russet head zipped into the direction of the female’s call though. Staring in the direction of her until he spotted her in the shade and through the rain. Of course this rain was a double edged sword, he couldn’t tell who she was exactly but she certainly had found herself a nice dry little nook to hide in. What was more she asked him immediately what brought him so close to Iromar. He simply watched her for a moment gauging the situation before moving towards her. ”Not too much, just trying to figure some things out.” Not a lie, not a whole truth, Emil didn’t take joy into lying to others, but he knew it was necessary in some cases. However he did his bit to be pleasant at least despite her rather interesting greeting.
”What about you?” He asked he was still out in the rain, but he moved a little closer so that there wasn’t an awkward space between them. He didn’t mind the rain after all, but as he got close he felt there was something familiar about her, though he couldn’t put his paw on it. Perhaps he would find out after talking a bit with her. ”My name’s Emil, by the way.” He said giving her a small smile, his tail waving lightly. It wasn’t an act, but he wanted to get to know the wolves in the area if he could. Who knew, even if she was a loner perhaps she still had information regarding Iromar, and it never hurt to meet others either anyway.
