The order that Thorne had given her was to be followed to completion and it wasn't as if Natiya worked against it. She thrilled in the idea that she could finally LEARN something. It had stuck in her craw when Enoch had essentially told her he would see her later before moving off to some other girl and Natiya had learned a new thing - jealousy. It was bitter and pungent and she needed something to shake it away. She couldn't very well find companionship elsewhere, despite her attempts, and so she now turns to what is being provided as a distraction.
When her brother told her learn, she would obey. And she would do her damnedest to make him proud.
The silver male spins around in almost irritation at first, but she does not flinch back. Instead she watches calmly as he looks her over and then gives her praise. Blackthorne was very stingy with such things so her tail wags at her ankles in response, a gleam in her eyes that shows she is happy with such words. Then he gives her a demand. Zharko would learn that Natiya obeyed - it was her very essence to obey. Thorne had told her to listen to Zharko and so she would.
Her head tilts now a little, a quizzical pull to her brow as she looks him over, and she takes a few graceful steps forward before flipping her ears back, a tell, and then darting forward. She is quick and silent but lacking in true skill, unused to using the power of her body, so she tries to go for his feet instinctively. Get rid of those and it made ones opponent harder to fight, right? She lunges for his back paw, not really protecting her side because she is so focused on doing this right.
