Advice on locums

Hello, people some advise will be greatly appreciated. I will be potentially jobless after 3m. finished training, not many jobs in cornea. I have to feed children and pay bills. Need to do agency locums although I hate to run after money. Which agencies are good to register? How easy it is to find agency jobs at consultant level. Why life is so harsh for medics? decades of training and then you are treated like a useless moron. less educated people control you, decide your jobs and you have to constantly prove your worth and be always submissive to every one. What an NHS glory for doctor? For the peanut salary we defend NHS and lead the entire life in slavery and fear.
