The sinking feeling that something is amiss only worsens after Evren's faltering dismissal. It's been a long time but Indira can still tell when her little sister isn't being truthful. Though the lines of her face have matured, her mannerisms and expressions haven't changed. It has, however, been too long to press the matter. Evren might seem familiar, but they are ultimately strangers. Time has undoubtedly changed them both. Indira isn't the same filly she was when she left the Desert and Evren probably isn't the same filly that Indira remembers.

Indira allows the subject to change without pushing the matter. Indira presses on with the philosophy that if Everen wants to share what's bothering her, she will when she's ready. It is without intent that Indira walks right into the subject of what happened last night. The proud mother gazes down at her newborn son, her eyes shining with love. "Yes, thank you. His name is Tarek." She smiles broadly, turning her attention back to Evren. There is so much of their mother in Evren's face. It's bittersweet share this moment with her, but there are others she'd like to share the moment with too. "Have you seen father? I'd like him to meet Tarek."

Indira worried Orhan would be disappointed that she wandered off and got pregnant, not just so young, but also with a stallion who couldn't keep and protect her. To her surprise, Orhan not once expressed any disappointment, and Indira knows he would be a proud and attentive grandfather.
