Distracted in her reflection, she didn't see him until he was right beside her. And that's when it happened.

She jumped so far and suddenly that she found herself shoulder deep in the water. The freezing cold began to sit in very very quickly. Taking a swim in the winter was NOT her idea of a good time, and she felt her teeth begin to chatter, rather loudly, at that. She glared at the male in question. Her Blue orange eyes could have bored holes into his face, that's for sure. She let a low growl emanate from the depths of her chest as she began the trek to climb herself out of the river. She shook herself pretty vigorously when she got out of the river. She let the growl continue for a moment longer. Her eyes still shot daggers at the boy.

How dare he sneak up on someone who didn't expect any company?! Who the hell did he think he was? This was more than outrageous. She could not believe the gall he had. Who was he anyway?! She worked up the courage very slowly, to get some kind of words out. "Shove off asshat" the words sounded strange coming from the depth of her. They scratched with the best of them, a deep graveled sound that you would swear came out of a old craggy man instead of her. But damnit, it felt strangely good to say the words out loud, for once.
