She had her mission given by Eden, and she went seeking for loners that appeared most interesting. He wanted someone with a story. Well? Some young idiot isn’t going to have a story, at least, not one useful. No, she had to go for someone older. Someone with potential experience. Someone who has survived and does not have the Shade lingering over them due to weakness.
When she spotted him, he immediately took her interest. He was the color of blood and his eyes were bold. He was no young thing, but certainly older. He would do, and she managed to steal him over to that of Glorall. The dark female of grey and black smirks as she comes into Glorall, looking to the older male now at the border. She tilts her head slightly, her pale rainbow eyes blinking at him.
”We just want to have a little chat,” I say, then turning my head upwards to call for Eden to show him what I brought him on this fine spring day. I turn back towards the larger red male, and sit on my delicate dark paws. I get a good look at him now. I see the scars that cover his body. Yes, he has many stories to tell. Much has happened to him, and he has fought them all off.
”You are a survivor,” I say, looking from scar to scar on him. He is worthy, at least for now, and the Shade does not command me to take him as he is not weak. Perhaps in a few years it will be his time, but not now. ”Yes, I think you will be interesting,” I say with a growing smirk of a grin on my face. It is a delicate, lovely face that I have. I am a darkened version of my mother, a woman whose strength I stole in the womb.
