Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

When he let Samia know that she had let him down when he tried to introduce her to Charlie, he was appeased with the fact she looked truly sorry as she apologized. He nodded, his eyes brightening immediately to let her know she was forgiven. She was family, after all. He would always forgive family. "Okay, I'll let it slide, this time." He offered, trying to sound serious but he couldn't help the small smirk on his lips near the end as his eyes glittered at her teasingly. He watched Mat and Samia speak to each other, scowling a bit as Samia put her head over his. Hey, he was an equal part of the conversation and his head deserved space too! None the less, Samia nudged his shoulder with hers and he stumbled a little but smiled reluctantly.

He was satisfied when Samia told him Charlie sounded wonderful. He beamed up at her. "He is! He's really cool. He's my friend." He was okay with announcing the bird as such. After all, he kept him company when others didn't. Matianak seemed very attentive to him and he was eating it up. She was just so pretty and smart! He wanted her as a friend forever! She told him that he had quite the companion and he straightened up, puffing out his chest proudly. "He is a good friend." He agreed. Then they brought up his dad and Mat said that his dad would be good at anything if his son was any indication. He felt his cheeks heating up at the compliment as his eyes sparkled at her. "I'm going to do good things too! I just don't know what yet." He scowled thoughtfully as he thought about it. The wink she gave him only made him blush more. Thankfully he had fur to cover it.

Then Mat said that she was a smooth talker so she was thinking of a rank to help Eden like that. Triton grinned and nodded. "You are good with words! I bet Eden would be honored to have your help." He meant every word too.
