She almost felt like she was flying when she had leapt from her big brother’s back, though it had ended pretty much as fast as it started, Teagan still was super excited to be airborne for at least a moment. She had heard his cheers though before she had taken off and it only encouraged her more to keep on moving. Still she came back to earth just as fast, her eyes wide as she saw the brown cotton-tail though it wasn’t there for long. Even though she touched it though it cheated! She tagged it for sure and it just leapt off and kept running! She was very clearly still naive in what wolves normally did with rabbits, something that wouldn’t last too much longer when her mother would start feeding them solid foods. For now though she would be happy in her blissful ignorance of how the world worked and enjoy the game they were playing.

She bounced off the log when it had looking a little lost and confused, and tumbling slightly as she hit the ground. Teagan looked around but saw her brother taking back off after it, ordering her to go one way while he went for another. She sprinted to the right then, they both were going around and she found her little legs moving her as fast as she could, but her brother caught up to it first, flopping onto it in a would be rather anticlimactic end to their chase. Panting she slowed and trotted towards him tilting her head slightly and watching it squirm and wriggle beneath him.

She as just as lost as he was. He yelled at her to do something, but really she had no idea what to do now that they caught it. ”I don’t know what to do !” She said putting her paw on whatever it was that was exposed from under him in an attempt to hold it still. It didn’t seem to happy still. ”I guess… let it go? It doesn’t seem very happy that we caught it, its a sore loser!” She said with a huff and almost having a pouting look on her face.

It was kind of disappointing that they went through all the work only to have it end like this, but she didn’t know it was supposed to be food in the future. Really it was probably just a miraculous feat in and of itself that they caught it at all! Still she couldn’t do more but add to the panic and scuttle around her brother looking confused and uncertain herself, not realizing the had done a great thing by working together. She still felt happy they caught it, but if it didn’t play fair then what was the point? ”Think I should… ask mom?” She offered tentatively, knowing that their mom likely wouldn’t be super happy that they had snuck out let along caught some thing out here.
