Aplos Riverside

Moladion’s powerful, winding river...
Aplos River is a broad, slow-moving river originating from somewhere beneath the mountains of Spirane and feeding Iromar’s moors in the south. The northern parts of the river are known for their strong currents, with the water becoming slow moving in the south. The riverbanks vary along its course, ranging from soft hummock grasses to small groups of pine, and sometimes nothing but pebbles and sand. Crossing can be difficult at times, but it can be swam or bridged by fallen trees or boulders alike.

Tychon hadn't ventured outside Spirane much recently. There seemed to be a great deal going on based on the various voices raising on the wind. It was a little disconcerting, but he didn't care that much so long as it wasn't directly affecting him, his pack, or his friends on the outside. The brute gave a low, rasping growl. Too much to do, and all the fancy talking wolves were going to be of much use with all the changes. Not that he was one of those wolves for... various reasons, both physically and personality wise.

His ears flicked as he crossed the borders of Spirane to the south, taking a break from patrolling the edges of the pack. His tail twitched back and forth absently as he made his way along the Aplos River. It was just a random day exploring the land. He moved through the trees with ease, though his presence betrayed by the rasping of his breaths from his damaged throat.

He mad due. Trackers didn't need to talk, or not talk much. Plus, he was good enough at getting his point across, even if he was rather brusque at times. Tychon paused at the river bank, lowering his head to lap up some of the cool water. Some of it dribbled out the side of his mouth between some teeth as well as down his chin.

Tychon raised his head as a voice rang through the air. His ears perked up. He knew that voice. His amber gaze sought out the source as he started walking again, quickly drawing closer to his friend. He gave a low, rasped call of his own, hoping she might hear him and meet him half way. It was a stuggle to howl, but this one he really tried for.
