Just wanna start out by saying, it doesn't have to be this season, because as impatient as I am, I can wait for the right mare, and would enjoy building a friendship before a foal comes along.
BUT, I really want to play a daughter of Dances With Wolves. He's a character that really means a lot to me and I've been wanting to play a girl of his for ages, but, it hasn't been the right time yet, if that makes sense? I've just rejoined him, (because I was impatient) and he's going to meet up with some of my other characters in the Bay at some point, as well as Toli in Paradise, among wandering the Islands.
He's gone through a lot recently - including losing a mare that meant a lot to him, and being injured moderately in the process. He's really matured recently, and is coming back to the Islands as a changed individual. He's facing a lot of the things he's run from in the past, including not being a good father to his two kids (as well as not really being there for their mothers - especially Silvanus, man, if he ever finds out what happened to her... He's going to feel so guilty.)
I don't foresee him having lots of foals - this'd probably be the last of his that I'll play myself, so I kind of want to get it right, and find a mare who'd be able to make room in her life for Dances. Because he'd want to be there for her, and form a strong friendship. That's not to say that they'd have to end up living in the same territory, and though he'd grow to love the mare, she wouldn't have to love him back. He's not looking for a life-long mate, more like, a life-long friend.
He just really needs someone right now, and whether the friendship is sparked after a foal is conceived, or if it develops and leads to a foal next season(or the season after that even...) I'm happy to discuss it and plot things out. Dances just means a lot to me and I'd really appreciate anyone who shows interest. He's lost a lot in his life, whether though the decisions of others, his own actions, or just the passing of time, so he kind of needs someone who'll stick around, and not disappear on him.
Sorry, I didn't think I'd ramble on so much, but I've just been wanting this for a long while, and figured I'd see if anyone was interested in plotting with Dances. <33
ALSO, even if you just wanna thread with him at some point, let me know too - he's a bit of a wanderer, and I love writing him, plus he needs friends, so, yeah!
