Faust was oblivious that the older male wasn’t very happy with his loquacious explanations of everything he did and said. To Faust he enjoyed hearing long winded explanations, he enjoyed learning. Now if that was something completely false and long winded he supposed he could understand how the male felt. Thus far Faust hadn’t really had a chance to deal with such a thing. As he finished though the male gave his ever short to the point statement. Faust didn’t quite see how the small rocked he kicked from the edge could do something like that. Still he humored the wolf, ever curious to this phenomenon. The male motioned for him to look over an edge, and sure enough there were bolders and rocks of all sizes down the side of the mountain, they weren’t newly fallen but Faust could tell by the growth of plants in and around them, as well as the weather wear, that they were more recently exposed than many of the other rock surfaces around the mountain. He let out a soft ‘hmmm’ as his golden eyes moved everywhere before looking up the mountain to back where they were standing and back down.

”If that’s the case, then even if you just took a misstep you could cause one. While possible I suppose that my rock experiments could cause a slide, simply walking on the path as well could disturb the rocks enough then to cause that disturbance. Should we all vacate the mountains then so we don’t risk such a thing? Seems to make sense to me, but I am sure that you will not be convincing the hierarchy to do such a thing anytime soon. So, it must be such a rare occurrence that it doesn’t upset the balance of things going on around here. For the most part that is.” Well was he wrong? He was much shorter than his normal explanations, but it was also more of a statement than anything.

Pulling back away from the edge Faust listened to him explain that his friend was safe, he saved her, and that she was a alive and well and unhurt. ”That’s good. My mom says she’s a wandering spirit too, I think that and gypsies are the same. She said we wouldn’t be staying in Spirane, that the freelands were calling her back now that Grandmother was gone. What is your friends name? Maybe I can meet her out there.” He said looking out over the lands, so fast, so unknown. He wanted to know it all, experience it all and with each passing day he and his sister got more capable of handling themselves and the rough life that would be laid before them as loners. However, what was more imparted to Faust was that it was worth it, saving his friend had been good and he was happy despite the injuries to his person.

Finally though it seemed Faust noticed that Tychon wasn’t as fond of his rambling as he thought. The huff sounded exasperated, like how his mom sounded when he tried to say something as well. Noted. Further noted when he confirmed his sound cue with saying he asked too many questions. ”I apologize, but how am I to learn if I don’t ask questions? Experience, I’m sure, but that would be slower than learning off the experience of others. I have learned much from you today, Tychon, Sir. I appreciate you giving me your honest replies and answers as I know this experience will prove valuable to me someday.” The boy said dipping his head to him respectfully. ”I will keep your namesake in mind. Though seems an odd choice. So I hope luck forever favors you then.” He says shooting the male a large grin and offering a wave of his tail.
