Susil Crags

Disaster has struck!
The Crags are a series of rocky formations with small caves and crevices throughout. Many of the lower-lying areas of the Crags have been flooded, however, with water pouring in from the Northern stretches of Moladion. Some paths have been completely submerged, and some are nothing more than a few rocky peaks sticking out of the water. The water is fairly slow moving but begins to pick speed up towards the Grotto, becoming a series of intense rapids and waterfalls as it nears the Grotto's entrance.

The area itself is still traversible. However, it can be risky. Large amounts of debris can enter the waterway, creating bridges at times but also creating dams that break and cause ocassional flash-flooding. Be careful, travelers! One wrong step and you could end up finding out where the water goes.

Return to Lunar Children

So comes snow after fire, and even dragons have their ending;

Ooc: sorry posting from my phone tonight since the baby doesnt want to cooperate lol html will come later

He moves like a wraith through the night, his sleek black form invisible save for the bright gold of his eyes illuminated by the pale silver blue moonlight. Ears stand tall atop his head as the dragga moved through the thick underbrush with a purpose. He needed to find her. No, he MUST find her.

Jowls part as his long pink tongue hangs over ivory canines, his breath dissipating before him. He stops now as her sweet scent brings him to the crags. Fierce eyes gaze upon the rocky terrain that lay before him. She was here. He knew it. In his very soul he could feel the heaviness of her nearness as it weighs upon him. Without even seeing her he can feel her saddness and knows without a doubt he has something to do with it. Well, to be honest... He felt he was probably completely to blame for it. Pain clouds his eyes now as he thinks about his Leilani.... His soul. He could have told her he had to leave... He should have told her that he was returning home to help his family push the grizzly from their hunting lands. But he had been afraid. Afraid she would want to go with him. No, he knew she would. Her soul told him that much for he would have done the same if he were in her place. There is not a place on mother earth that he would not go to keep her safe and satisfied... And yet here he was, the cause of her sorrow.

Head bends to the ground as nostrils inhale the scents of those who have passed by recently. Eyes glitter as he pinpoints the scent of his beautiful masked soulmate. Mentally he made a note to remind her how easily ones scent clings to porous rock like the granite that covered nearly every inch of the crags. Thick black tail wags back and forth excitedly. She is near.

He perks up now, his pace quickening into a light stepping jog. Leilani. Like an ethereal spirit she lay in the open, her beautifully colored coat bathed in the pale blue moonlight. His Leilani. His soulmate. For there would never be another like her. Only she could awaken his soul and summon his allegiance without even asking for it.

He stops a few feet from her. His once sure demeanor suddenly falling with guilt and fear. Would she turn him away? He did leave her without a word the wiser... But was it possible to explain his absence and be forgiven? Oh gods he hoped so.

He takes a single step towards her, letting his hard claws rake across the rocks to alert her of his approach should she have somehow missed it. He didnt want to startle her. Not now. Instead he forces his haunches onto the rocks, resisting the urge to lunge to her side and let his muzzle trail over every inch of her delicate figure. Leilani... His island flower. For now he says nothing, instead lets his fierce yellow gold eyes stare at her with hope....
