Such moments of motivation had always been rare for him and yet, they often rode on the tail of winter. All the women, the men, the hormones, the fights...ah! What wasn't there to love about winter? But with his place in a pack, it stirred about a need to...drive others out too. Despite his appreciation for the wit of that Cuirass man and even the Pharoah's brothers, Kweku hadn't been totally ignorant about their position as
males too. He'd seen Cuirass' mate, even the woman Jinx and the walking fury of their Nephthys...and he'd wanted to chase out
all of those males. Taking some time away from Asteraia was the least he could do to ignore the itch to tear them asunder...
Besides, there were plenty of others in the free lands to keep him occupied too. In fact, he had already found a particular scent that he had recognized on the borders of Asteraia some time ago - it had been alongside another Asterian wolves own, a brother of the Pharaoh's. Southern wolf - a southern woman. All curious things, all good reasons to follow her through the tangled web of trees and early sleet.
Slowly but surely he moved closer and closer until his tawny form arrived to her left side some several yards or so away. They were separated by the debris between but it wasn't enough to obscure his vision as he watched her keenly. He was tall and proud in his stride though ever casual as he barked out a greeting to her, tail arched ever so slightly. "I recognize you, woman. I'd not forget a scent on the borders of Asteraia." With that, he changed his course ever so slightly to begin bringing himself closer to her. She was like a dancer. He liked that. He couldn't help but wonder how warm a wolf her size could keep him.
