At Leisure Lake the sun is always shining and only a few stray clouds roam the open sky; paradise is the one word that really describes it. This beautiful lake is clean and refreshing, the very best place to swim and fish. Pups are known to play here while older wolves watch at the side, engaged in their own activities.

Xolmin
demon x homeless x mastered by alana

Onyx fur plastered to a huge skeleton. Dark eyes scanning the perimeter, as far as one could see with the downpour, the droplets falling far from the sky above to the solid earth below. The dirt became muddy, droplets pooling into puddles with every second. Dark skies above proved no let up, at least for hours yet. How long had it been since it started? How long had he been standing here? The massive Titan didn’t know anymore. His mind had been fuddled, clouded, just as the sky had. His lungs took in the damp air, and all of a sudden he couldn’t breathe. His mind faded back to the day he left home. The day he ran for his fucking life.

It started out great. His mother and father were both there. His mother offered to go for a walk with him, he was getting older and soon he would be eligible to become a full member of the pack. He didn’t know he was leading his mother straight into her death. That walk, that pitiful walk, led to her fatal attack. He hadn’t seen that bear come tumbling out of the woods. His mother was only protecting him. That creature struck her down. With a sickening crack, he knew several ribs in her body had been broken. His father had heard her scream for help. When he arrived? She was already dead. “You did this to her.” His father decided, causing a wave of nausea to flood over him. “N...No!” Xolmin cried out, his dark eyes widening with panic. He was innocent. He’d been framed by that damn bear who had lumbered away. Probably to lick it’s wounds, though he wasn’t sure that it had any. “You caused your mothers death. You are NO blood of mine.” That’s when his father lunged at him. He left scars.

Remembering the pain made him have another wave of nausea. Vomit threatned to make its way up his throat. His maw opened, a cough let itself out. A few gags ensued, his stomach almost squeezing itself to let his last meal out.

He swallowed it down. His stomach began to calm down a little bit. Xolmin hadn’t felt this sick since he had run away. The brute vowed to himself he would never run away again. He couldn’t afford to make that same mistake any more. He had been a coward, he couldn’t take on his own father for gods sake. He had VOWED he would change.

Ruthless. Exotic. Cowardless.

He wasn’t afraid to fight anymore. Over the years, he had been training. He wasn’t a coward anymore.

His attention suddenly was captured to a nearby bush. The rain still was pouring down upon him, his fur plastered to his skin. His lips curled up into a snarl, his tail raising.

”Whoever is out there, show yourself. I don’t take kindly to visitors.”
