Don't be silly.
The Fellowships aren't rubbish but there are always going to be disappointed individuals who post daft comments like this.
The whole country has rota gaps.
The point of a Fellowship is to get a Consultant post, so hardly surprising if people leave early to do this and a gap results. I am not aware of people leaving Moorfields to do a Fellowship elsewhere...
