Rules• The Vulcan Peak is where homeless mares come to live as a sisterhood. Stallions may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders. • Warriors keep mainly to fighting, Thinkers keep mainly to raiding, and Politicians may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Codebreaker or Prime Minister for permission. • All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Prime Minister maintains order within the Peak and has the final say. • Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met. • You can find detailed information about how the Peak works on the Rules page. |

The sound of rocks shifting underfoot caught Persephone’s attention, and she paused a moment to consider it, ears flicking forwards in the direction of the sound just as a whinny broke the quiet. She lifted her head to see a dark mare a little further up the incline, watching her intently. Curious, Persephone tilted her head at the stranger and, receiving no warning or aggression, continued towards her. As she drew closer, Persephone could see the mare properly. The stranger looked youthful in the face, but she appeared fully grown and held herself with confidence. She addressed Persephone without hesitation, and although not welcoming she thankfully did not seem displeased with the intrusion. “Persephone,” she replied, offering a duck of her head in greeting. “I rule the Forest, on Luthien, but I actually come here after meeting one of your own in the Lagoon – Macabre, her name was.” |
