Enocra Woodland

Pine, spruce and firs alike...
Dense coniferous forests cover the woodlands, with clearings, paths and the occasional wildberry shrub throughout. Pine, spruce and fir make up much of the forest in the east, with the forest becoming swampier in the west towards Mecor Valley. In the west, cypress trees dominate, with fallen trees creating bridges across and throughout the stillwaters.

Myrcella wasn't sure what to expect looking for someone who was a practical stranger to her. She knew little of imprinting and what it meant, just that it was someone special that was bound to one's soul. If there was anyone she could talk to in complete confidence, it was him. She kept moving in the direction that felt right. The sandy blonde girl just knew this was the right way, both as she neared the region she knew to be Taviora and deep within her.

Her green eyes lit up at the sight of him. Yes, this was the boy from Spirane. Mentally, she chastised herself for not properly introducing herself then. But there had been so much going on it was easy to forget something so simple. Her tail waved happily at the sight of Paxton. Of course she remembered him. He was a hard face to forget. Myrcella smiled, though it was not nearly as bright as when they had met. She was still very glad to have found him. "Of course, I remember. I don't think I could forget you if I tried," she said with a resounding nod.

"My sister was actually quite thrilled to hear about you, even if it was only a little bit..." Myrcella added sheepishly. Her ears straightened amidst her brief babbling, he was introducing himself. Paxton. She tilted her head slightly at the request for her to speak slowly to ensure he understood. What could that possibly mean? It was then that it dawned on her. Her soul-bound read lips. There was a flash of understanding that didn't click when they had met with mere small-talk. "Myrcella," she replied, taking care to enunciate steadily so that he could understand, while not saying it in such a way that implied there was something wrong with him. "It's good to see you again, Paxton," she added.

Did she really want to lay her present troubles out on someone so innocent to the situation? There was always a choice, Myrcella knew that. Maybe all she needed was to talk it out and clear her head with someone and then return home. Or it would be the boost of confidence and courage she needed to march to Asteraia and ask... No, demand why they felt the need to bother the mountains in such an unprovoked manner.
