Fall had arrived! All around the forest leaves were changing making the usually dark forest bright and colorful. Today marked a special day and together, Halcyon and Yami made their way towards the edge of the pack lands, each one carrying a piglet in their jaws. Halcyon knew there was to be a feast as the day began to turn to night so he had taken his son to hunt. The boy had been invited to take part in the scavenger hunt with Zelda and the other cubs, but he had opted to help his father hunt instead. It had been the perfect opportunity for Halcyon to teach him the basics and after several hours, they had managed to catch two fat piglets. The mother had been furious! After a scary chase, Yami learned promptly just how dangerous the boars in Taviora were.

A summoning howl let the boys know they were getting close. Turning the bend, they saw a beautiful sight! Yellow, orange, and red trees greeted them. A setting sun seemed to set the sky on fire, adding to the ambiance of the evening. With a wag of his tail, Halcyon led his son to the gathering area where Mara Sov was waiting. Around here were several bodies of the animals they would feast on tonight and for a moment Yami wondered if they had been wrong to bring more, but his father didn't seemed phased as he plopped his prey down next to one of the turkeys. The black boy followed suit, gazing around to see if anyone else had arrived yet. However, it seemed they were the first.

Halcyon trotted to Mara and dipped his head in greeting. "Well met, Lady Mara Sov! I don't believe we've been formerly introduced yet. I'm Halcyon and this here," he said, turning to indicate the black pup standing behind him. "is my son, Yami." Taking a few steps forward, the younger wolf also lowered his head in a respectful greeting, matching his father's movements. "It's a pleasure to make your acquaintance, my lady." After the introductions had been made, Halcyon turned to see if anyone else had arrived yet. From the sound of it, it was going to be a fun time! Something the wolves of Moladion needed after the trying and dramatic times of the last few months. Returning his attention back to the pretty wolfess, he smiled and pointed at the two piglets. "I hope you don't mind if we brought some more food for wolves to share."
