Susil Crags

Disaster has struck!
The Crags are a series of rocky formations with small caves and crevices throughout. Many of the lower-lying areas of the Crags have been flooded, however, with water pouring in from the Northern stretches of Moladion. Some paths have been completely submerged, and some are nothing more than a few rocky peaks sticking out of the water. The water is fairly slow moving but begins to pick speed up towards the Grotto, becoming a series of intense rapids and waterfalls as it nears the Grotto's entrance.

The area itself is still traversible. However, it can be risky. Large amounts of debris can enter the waterway, creating bridges at times but also creating dams that break and cause ocassional flash-flooding. Be careful, travelers! One wrong step and you could end up finding out where the water goes.

notes: she's not much of a conversationalist lol
Savage teal and black eyes are vigilant on his every move and she tenses into a crouch as he begins to shift his body. Social interaction was never one of her strong points and since she has been alone for so long it’s only become worse. She is wary of every stranger she meets and isn’t exactly cut out for making any type of friend. Her speech training had stopped as soon as her family had lost Asteraia and split ways, so verbal communication was almost off the table. Even so, she could manage a few words when necessary, but she wasn’t exactly compelled to speak to anyone.

Her paws pressed deeper into the soft mud around the water as she braced herself for his approach. She wasn’t entirely sure what his intentions were but she wasn’t about to be fooled by his cool demeanor. Her ears remained slightly pinned as she takes a tentative step back when he reaches level ground, giving a small growl to warn him of coming too close. He was shorter than her but denser, boasting more muscle than she could hope to obtain, and she was never one to judge ability based on size.

She watched anxiously as his lips pulled back into a smile and she mimicked it in the form of a snarl instead. It slowly receded as he appeared to be speaking, her eyes watching his lips as she attempted to decipher the words as she had done many times before. She could only gather some of them but it was enough for her to fill in the gaps. ”Kill… if needed.” she answers in a vague threat, her voice rough from lack of use. She continues to eye him for a moment longer before attempting to speak again. ”You come down… why,” she questions. Her stance has not changed and she is still prepared to fight if need be but ideally, she won’t have to. Until she has reason to trust him she absolutely will not.
