Former Pennsylvania Gov. Rick Santorum said on a CNN interview this morning that there could be no obstruction of justice by Trump regarding the Mueller Russia investigation regarding collusion with the Russians, if the Mueller investigation ultimately concluded that there was no collusion by the Trump administration with the Russians.
This is about the third or fourth time that I have heard such an assertion.

To me that is like saying that taking steps to hinder a grand jury in making a final determination in a case is not obstruction, given that the grand jury ultimately decided that no crime was committed.
