He knew it was life, you couldn't win all your battles and you would loose some, but to loose Zjeena soon after she had given birth to his twins, that was a hard blow to accept. As it would be if any of his current mares had been taken with their foals. Sure none of these were his first set of foals, being a stallion of ten years he has others out there. But as far as he knew they were on other lands now and living their own lives. He had had one other set of twins in his life, Adolfo and Adelia. He knew Adolfo ways were not the same as his own, he had been unable to stop him from kidnapping his twin sister. He didn't understand why he took his sister with him when he left. He worried occasionally still about Adelia as she was a very submissive and timid filly the last he knew. Rougaru would pay for what he has done. One way or another.

However; now as not the time to be thinking of such things. He had a herd to take care of foals to interact with and get to know. He wanted to be prominent in their lives so they would turn out alright. He felt like he hadn't been in Adolfo life that much which he believed was part of hte reason he turned out the way he was. I know she canWas his only response about Zjeena and the foals.

Before dark good he thought as he definietly would of been freaking out had she remained at night. The predators of the desert hunted at night it was too hot during the day for them to do so. Good, the predators would surely of targeted you if you didn't get back before darkhe said as he watched his son nurse. He would be strong. The one thing he believed about them being born in the desert is that they'll be better equiped to live here then any of them adults were. And it would make them strong.
