Liland was changing. He was becoming more protective of his mares keeping them as much as possible on the island and in the middle of the ridges where there was food and water. Not because he didn't trust rougaru to come in and steal them behind back, well okay he didn't trust rougaru. But all the fighting is driving liland into the dark. It hurt to watch Rayna and Bran grow up Knowing that his twins were the same age and that he hadn't seen them since they were born only briefly meeting them. Leilyn he visited as often as he could so even seeing her growing up was hurting him. He didn't know what to do and he didn't know if he'd succesfully win the bay back in a few days time when he challenged for it. If only he had never left the bay. He should of just dealt with Warsaw's rule and kept trying to fight him to change it back.

But no he fled with his herd to the desert where he knew his queen did not like it. She dealt with it but she didn't like it. Then Rougaru happened to be rude to him and then rougaru considered his words rude and took zjeena and his twins. Of course he then got monster. But really where did that get him.

Monster seemed to not care too much other then she definietly was perhaps lead mare material. She knew how to get her way or so it seemed.Or maybe he nor Rougaru were worthy enough to tame that beast.

He hears her, funny how one would start thinking of her and then she call out. Well perhaps it was time to interact with her. So he calls right on back to her as he picks up a canter along the ridge. Only slowly when he got close and then coming to a halt. HE holds his head arched and poised. His tail lashing out at the flies. His scars from all his previous battles healed.Well Well Well, you have been so silent since we moved here, I was beginning to think you fell offhe said calmly. He still had the predicament where he needed to give Rougaru a mare or a filly soon. He didn't want to do either.
