hold me in this wild, wild world;

Talien draws her head upwards as the sounds of approaching hoofbeats catch her ears. Twin sonars of brandished gold swivel as dark ooids fixate upon the approaching silver form.

Talien was in no rush to respond to the testosterone driven male, she didn't need to. One quick peripheral glance as the proud stallion had entered the clearing beyond the treeline had been enough not to worry her. His gruff baritones drift to her and bring end to her lilted lullaby. A single raven dipped sonar flickers in his direction as dark eyes transfix him with a hard gaze, fearless and proud in their judgement. He approaches her fearlessly, his thick body tense and his own dark eyes commanding. He does not pause in his approach as she had expected, instead he moves straight to her side and places his mark upon her skin. Now it was not the fearless or somewhat rude behavior in which he approached that upset her. It was the mark. Raven tipped ears lace tightly against skullcap now as the delicate woman snakes her own neck forward to place a sharp nip on his own skin, aiming for the tender flesh along his sleek neck. "I look rough enough without you needed to add to it! she snaps stomping a single forelimb in irritation.

Before any further words can leave her own lips in response to the silver cream stallion, another appears. This time, the tall stallion of shadow and light also approaches. Now in any other world, in a far different time, she might had found the attention to be well... invigorating. However now, in the rather disheveled shape she found herself in, she could not help but to feel almost shy and embarrassed under the eyes of not one but two others. Ears flicker forward as the dark stallion speaks, his words gruff in delivery but welcoming nonetheless. He does not offer her a home as she had half expected, but instead offers to give her a choice that the silvery cream stallion had tried to deny of her. For a moment confusion colors her vision as she stares at first one and then the other. A single forelimb stomps in irritation as finally she finds her words, fixing her gaze first upon the stallion of shadow and light. "What good does a choice do me? From your lack of offer I take it that you have nothing to offer... so what would I gain by refusing him?" she asks pointing her muzzle to the stallion Liland. Thick tail of chocolate hues flicks back and forth against the lithe curves of her hollowed hips. For a moment longer she keeps her eyes upon the dark stallion... Collision as he called himself. He was a handsome creature... but well, to be quite honest she was tired of being alone.

With a toss of her head she turns to Liland, ears still laced tightly against her skullcap. She was not exactly pleased with him, but he did offer her a home and with winter coming... she was not ready to deny that opportunity. She glances back and forth between the two before once more sitting her gaze upon Liland. "My name is Talien by the way." she huffs, shooting Collision an equally even glance, "Not that either of you cares."
