Had Menkhet not have been busy she would have likely joined the call at the boarders but Mochi drew her attention and brought some of her more childish nature to light. However, the fun could last forever and she would need to investigate herself. The girl she once intercepted with her brother once before moved around the plains so she settled to watch and observe for now. When the female spoke a maniacal giggle escaped her maw. “O’ Lost one mine. I don’t fear your bite.” She admittedly had been watching her for a while never really overstepping nor seemingly eager to cause trouble but that did not mean she wasn’t cautious. After all, it was rather clear mother did not trust nor like the grey woman from the sea. However, Mekhet was curious about the girl at least enough to stay her teeth for the moment.
She moved in front of the girls' path her tail level with her spine and ears forward. Her opalescent eyes wondered over the dark fem's body before speaking again. “What brings you here?” The fem kept a watchful eye as she walked around the dark girl circling her. “You do well at hiding scents or have been away from the sea.” Menkhet speculated at the very least. Part of her wanted to hold the fact there was some hidden intent though perhaps there was none. At the very least her curiosity led her to be more curious as to what the fem had to say after all the never properly got to speak when they first arrived. Now they had the chance if though now she had to properly with that pull tugging lightly at the back of her mind.
