Ruieze Fields

Open fields and soft grass...
Ruieze stretches far in the midlands of Moladion, laced with streams that feed into Diveen and out of Asteraia at times. The fields are vast, filled with wildflowers and tall, soft grass; trees are sparse, as are rocks, but one can find small shrubs to hide amongst, and the grass itself. To the south of the fields, a Ruieze River widens, and the ground becomes sandy. There is a small, grassy island that can be reached from the banks, with water-birds often congregating on the island rather than the riverbanks.

Terra

There may well have been a part of her that missed interaction with out, but the reality of it was she mostly missed Faust. Their mother was a wandering soul, and so were they, but her attachment to her littermate was far stronger than her attachment to either of her parents. They had not abandoned them, not in the least, simply lived different lives that were not conducive to what Terra wanted for herself or what Faust may well have wanted for himself. He was an odd one, her brother, but she loved him dearly for all his quirks. It was easy to get down that rabbit hole of a distracted mind, even with someone right before her eyes. It didn't take long for the young woman to snap back to reality.

She was almost surprised at his agreement. There were plenty of wolves that would take the apology and go, others that would apologize and feel like it was enough. Either way, if there was one thing that she had been certain of, it was that words are empty without actions behind them. "Let's start with a walk, then. See what we can find. We may well have startled off any chances of food, but that doesn't mean two lone wolves can't have decent conversation for at least a little while. Like what brings a wolf not of Moladion to this place," Terra suggested. It seemed the best of all the options she could think of. The reality of it was there were three options, track down food (unlikely given the one gopher had already scurried away loudly), go their separate ways (did she really want to be anti-social her entire life?), or have a small talk.

"Fledge," she echoed back thoughtfully. Oh right, manners. He said he had found his, now she had practically lost her. "Terra. My name is Terra. And names hold some importance, if nothing else as an identifier when two wolves look quite similar to one another," Terra added almost absently. Not that it was really relevant to anything they could possibly talk about. Where was she going with this?
