That damn peak mare lost him a possible family member. And monster had gone and tried to turn one of his new mares against him by basically painting him out to be a bad guy. No Monster did not understand, did not know his past nor did Zjeena maybe if she had things could of been different. Liland had been intending for the most part to leave Zjeena alone, he had plans to just meet his new foal and occasionly visit it but no Ruogaru had to come and steal his entire family away not caring that his yearling could die in the swim or that Ylva or Grier could die. No care. He would see ll his foals and make sure they all knew he loved them and if they ever wanted to come home if Zjeena had done what he thought she had hopefully they would come home.

For now though he was trying to make his herd bigger and better. He would rebuild once again and he would make a new family and new life. His mares will return to a stronger safer herd.

He swam from the bay to the common lands once more. His winter coat keeping him warm through the swim. He shakes it out as he canters out of the water and further inland. He watches a lone mare and he nods to himself and he snorts and heads in her direction.

As he gets closer he calls out to her to let her know of his approach. He would place claim to her yes but in the end if she came to the bay and decided she hated it he would let her go, all he asks of any he claims is they give it a chance.He extends his muzzle to her and huffs at her. HIs ears on her but clearly listening. Greeting, my name is Liland I am the earl of the Bay. He said deciding to not nip or nudge her but his stance to other stallions made it clear what he was doing here.
