I appreciate the acknowledgement from this message. Really, I do. Far too often, people have told me (and others) to ‘come to them, they’ll take care of the issue’ only to be immediately shut down and made to feel like I am powerless. This will not be something I allow moving forward, so, I apologize ( but not so apologetically) for making you or the staff feel uncomfortable.
Which brings my to my next point; if this many people feel strongly enough, and uncomfortable enough, perhaps you should do something about it.
Nearly half your player base showed last night, and the issue at hand was not at all addressed. Only that there was supposedly name calling (which..what?) And some explanation that we are, indeed, supposedly being heard. Would you please elaborate, and show some transparency? Because while you have acknowledged that you saw what transpired, there has been little indication that anything is actively being done about it. Replies:
