Use caution when the Wolf comes aknockin;

Ooc: sorry for the delay

Rougaru found that over rhe years it was the wolf who seemed most enthralled when meeting with strangers for the first time. It was the wolf so perked his ears and clamped shut its jaws as she took in his abrupt interrupting into what qas clearly pleasurable moment. Small ears perk amid the tangled tumble of silver white mane as he joins the wolf in watching her as she rose to her feet and shook the litter of dead leaves and dried grasses from her coat. The wolf expected her to baulk at his approach. A rugged stallion marred and marked by years of battle and tribulations, he was not exactly the image of approachable friendliness.

However that did not seem to phase her. Instead she met his gentle inquiry with a warm smile. Her remark brings a playful smirk to his lips as a single hind limb cocks comfortably against the ground. She goes on to confirm his suspicions about her origins and offers her name. Eyota. A unusual name to his ears but unique nonwireless. "Eyota. It is quite a pleasure to meet one as persistent as you" he breaths dipping his crown ever so slightly towards her. ""I myself made the journey many moons ago. However my homeland was far from the mainland shores. Beyond the Mountains there" he says pointing his muzzle towards the rolling seas that swperared the islands from the main land in the distance. Often he wondered what the world had become, the world he left behind... But he had others who relied on him now. A herd of his own... Family that he could not dare to part from nor would he risk their lives making the swim for his mere curiosity. No. That life was behind him.

Her inquisitive voice draws him from his thoughts and once more multifaceted eyes of emerald green settle upon her pretty young face. Atlantis. Now that was something he could spend the day discussing. "ah... Paradise." he breathes exhaling a deep breath before continuing again. "It is a jungle island not far from here. Our wintera are mild and though summers can bring sweltering heat, there is always plenty of shade and fresh water to drink or relax in. My home is Paradise, on the southern end of the island. Would you like to come and see it for yourself?" he inquires doing his best to maintain his stoic demeanor despite the curiosity that clings to his own mind.
