PRIME MINISTER'S DECREE

"None." - Leader

The Offspring

Diccon (Cicada x Khar'pern)

Rules

• The Vulcan Peak is where homeless mares come to live as a sisterhood. Stallions may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Warriors keep mainly to fighting, Thinkers keep mainly to raiding, and Politicians may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Codebreaker or Prime Minister for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Prime Minister maintains order within the Peak and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Peak works on the Rules page.

Ain't life just awful strange

a new world hangs outside the window
beautiful and strange
it must be I've fallen awake
I must be

Wasp's hardened gaze does not falter when she sees the pale stallion, the one of Cullen, cower somewhat underneath it. Her look had the desired effect, and she remains steadfast in her stony exterior. The spotted one, however, waivers in his own reaction. He seems unsure but desperate. Clearly he has something of importance to share, if he felt the need to drag himself from the muck of the Lagoon and summon her here.

The Prime Minister snorted impatiently as she shifted her weight over her four stout legs. She watched curiously as the young stallion bowed in respect. "Get on with it." She urged him, flicking her long, wavy dark tail over her haunches. The scowl remained ever-present across her face as his tale wore on. Some young, unassuming mare was paying the price for this immature stud's foolish actions. And while she appreciated that he was at least empathic enough to realize he was the cause of her unfortunate fate, Wasp wasn't really in the business in helping save young lovers from themselves and the choices they made.

She breathed a heavy sigh, the sides of her barrel rising and falling in a quick huff. "So if I give you a stallion, where will this mare go next?" She asked curtly, with a brow somewhat raised in curiosity. The Peak wasn't in the business of collecting more Vulcans, either. It didn't matter to Wasp where the filly went, to be quite honest. But she still needed to poke holes in this stallion's story.

Getting rid of the bachelor stallions, however, was a deal that piqued her interest. She didn't necessarily want to give them back to the Lagoon Boss himself. And the choice was really Božena's to make, not hers. But even one less stallion on their mountain home was enticing enough for Wasp to consider it now. Maybe this gimpy pale one would do.
