Rules � The Lagoon is where homeless stallions come to live as a brotherhood. Mares may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders. � Soldiers keep mainly to fighting, Thieves keep mainly to raiding, and Associates may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Marauder or Boss for permission. � All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Boss maintains order within the Lagoon and has the final say. � Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met. � You can find detailed information about how the Lagoon works on the Rules page. � Upon election, the Boss can issue a rule for members to follow during their tenure. It is up to leadership to enforce.

Brothers,

I know you not well. I've met but one other aside from Cullen. Cullen and I have never seen eye to eye upon this point. The way he has continuously gone after the Bay like we were toys was not ideal at all. I grew a hatred in which none should ever need to deal with. Cullen came after my own again and again, including to fight for my beloved Loire and her child. I chose to make deals that no father ever should make. Cullen wished my own son in place of Loire and I took his deal. Cullen could have my son upon his turning a year, but this had not been good enough for him. He wanted my boy upon his weaning by the end of the Fall.

I was not happy with this decision but, I took it for the safety of my Loire. However, Cullen has again come upon me with a deal. To join your ranks and take my vote to him for the continuing of Boss here in the Lagoon. His offer has been the fairest of all that he's come for me with. He wished my presence here the rest of this month. He wished I take a chance and see what the Lagoon was all about. He said in this that my Son would be free to choose his life on his own and his path. That he would even leave the Bay and its inhabitants be. This included Valka.

I stand as a member until the month ends. I chose to honor my deal of previous but only upon my son turning a year. That he would have his freedom to then choose whether or not he would remain within the Lagoon once he learned about them and saw what they had to offer. That he would be a member and free to choose his own path should the Lagoon not be his liking.

I stand to vote for Cullen on blind trust here that he will honor his offer. He know what will happen should he fail this offer in the end. It will be a retraction of my choice in him and much trouble will follow.

Cullen, show me that your offer of compassion is something of a change in you in the coming days. I will definitely be watching.
