Force-claiming is allowed here once a week per character, as is blocking force-claims by the Peak/Lagoon (as a whole) once a week. Rollover is on Sundays.

Only territory owners, co-leads, sub-leads, and Peak/Lagoon members are able to forceclaim. (Though please correct me if I'm wrong and he's a co- or sub-lead, I just didn't see it written anywhere)
