You are gain unable to fathom how the ad business works, the sales person calls on the buyer and the buyer makes a decision based on the information gathered to place a clients advertising dollars where they would be most effective. Sometimes based on demographic and other information a low rated station is perfect for a client.

There now learn something and remember it, since you are unable to comprehend how a sales process works on your own.
