Enocra Woodland

Pine, spruce and firs alike...
Dense coniferous forests cover the woodlands, with clearings, paths and the occasional wildberry shrub throughout. Pine, spruce and fir make up much of the forest in the east, with the forest becoming swampier in the west towards Mecor Valley. In the west, cypress trees dominate, with fallen trees creating bridges across and throughout the stillwaters.

The MIGHT of man, it CRUMBLES, the earth's our DESTINY,
Still I HEAR, while I'm ASLEEP, how you SANG to me...

He could have laid near Cersei all night, talking and asking questions. She was kind and patient. In many ways she was the mother he had longed for during those lonely nights when he had cried himself to sleep, as a younger man. Cersei was perceptive and had been correct in many of the things she had told him. She was right that Lillyheart had done an amazing job, raising him single handedly in the dark and decaying ruble of old Moladion. He had been trained to track, to kill and to survive, but had he been taught how to love? It was a strange thing to think about as he drifted off to sleep that night. His first night under the stars had been unfamiliar but not at all an unpleasant experience. He’s not sure he could get used to cold wind dancing in his long fur, but Cersei and her family had done their best to make him feel welcome.

Waiting for his mother to emerge from the tunnel proved to be futile. That tunnel was now so submerged in water that going in or out of it would be a suicide mission. He had spent a few days meeting the other members of Diveen and learning the ‘basics’ of being in a pack. What to do, what not to do, what to say, and what not to say to whom. His head was swimming with new names, new faces and new things to remember. But he was taking each day as it came and he embraced every new piece of information with a smile.

Cersei had shown him the way and now it was time to let fate guide his paws. He had sought her out, caressed her face gently (if she had indulged his affectionate touch) and bid her adieu. He promised he would return to her and Diveen after doing a little exploring of his own. He wanted to see these new places he had heard of and meet these new legends. Before he left, he had given Cersei the name of his father, his biological father, the father he never got to meet, or at least he doesn’t remember his face. But, when he closes his eyes, he can still hear his father’s voice, and how he used to sing them to sleep as babies. And now, guided by giant paws, his heart seeks out knowledge of Mirovis and Moladion’s fallen packs. All those poor souls, and all those poor families. But, his heart already felt a little lighter, now he had some … friends.

The first destination was the mountain pack and their twin alpha’s. He doesn’t know why he picked there first, it was a starting point. Slowly he walked across the open fields between Diveen and Spirane. Taking in the beautiful sights all around him. Iridescent eyes clearly lost in the warming light of early morning. Hopefully better days were dawning upon them all.
