I am one of the most-cautious people on this board, when it comes to the COVID-19 vaccination. I am in two risk groups - age and employment - and I had my vaccines in February and March.

I live on the Missouri side, and my vaccination was employer-sponsored. I drove to the Kansas side - yes, this is true - to get my shots. I have my receipt, validation of my vaccination.

What I need to know NOW is, I got my shots BEFORE the COVID incentive plan that Missouri now has. I want to sign up for Governor Parson's COVID lottery. Where can I do that? I need to know how/where people like me, who have already had their shots, can register to win Parson's COVID lottery.
