Progress, not perfection

Actually no, I only drank for abt 15 years and I was advised as they do commonly, ya have to really wanna quit, just like smokin or tokin. Prayin at AA meetings is totaly ineffective."

When I did, I didn't have that much trouble, plus a little Naltrexone fm the Dr took away the cravings instantly. Its a wonderdrug, like smoking cessation drugs. Even curbs appetites and gambling. I couldn't smoking either, until both my parents came down with unpleasant lung related disease. All us booomers know about that, because smoking was very in by our pts generation who grew up in the 40s.

What radio studio soundproofing tiles weren't nicotine stained 2-3 decades ago? And they made their livings with their voices too! TV was the first to ban smoking in the bldg because it was an industry of team members, not solo performers.

Hell, I lost sixty pounds and didn't even have to go on the jocks' diet. They just came off when I quit the empty calories.

Well so much for addictions for today. We can talk about political ignorance, that seems addictive and Fox sells as much of THAT as Quick Trip sells smokes and half pint bottles!

How come radio stations dont' play more Queen? I just saw the movie recently for the first time... they seem to be the Millennial gen's version of our Beatles! Oh, it's almost October! Time for the oldies stations to start playin Andy Williams and Berl Ives again!
