PRIME MINISTER'S DECREE

"None." - Leader

The Offspring

Diccon (Cicada x Khar'pern)

Rules

• The Vulcan Peak is where homeless mares come to live as a sisterhood. Stallions may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Warriors keep mainly to fighting, Thinkers keep mainly to raiding, and Politicians may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Codebreaker or Prime Minister for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Prime Minister maintains order within the Peak and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Peak works on the Rules page.

legends never die

The mare’s response was short, and Bane was left… curious. There was something about her that she can’t place, she can’t trace. It was hard to know exactly what to say. A stranger on a mission, Bane could respect that-- but what kind of mission? It was enough to pick carefully around the Codebreaker. Bane’s brow furrowed. The decision to accompany the stranger was really the only one, be it for the sake of curiosity or in her duty as a figurehead here. She moved carefully beside the brown mare, picking her way across the loose stone with confidence. Surefooted as ever, having been raised on this mountain.

“I’m Bane, one of the leads here.” The champagne mare does her best to not falter with the direct questioning. In a way, she’s grateful that she doesn’t have to put up with smalltalk. Though she sits as the lead politician, Bane was not particularly fond of small talk, of shaking hands, of kissing babies. Though the direct nature of the stranger was odd, Bane wasn’t put off by it. “Who are you?” Turnabout was fair play, after all.

The lithe mare at her side was still wet from the sea. It was curious that she come straight here. Bane’s green eyes cast on the stranger once more, her step never faltering in its confidence. “Why do you need to get to the top?” There was no hostility from the champagne mare. She is curious, and that’s all. At least it was a nice day to climb to the full height of the mountain.
