As Ulinik hangs out in here waiting for an identifiable post from me (he catches a few when i make it obvious), like all narcissists, his disorder tells him he can do no wrong. And rther than contribute, he wanders in here with the same daily insult loaded in his desktop's memory, ready to repaste.
So in more than ten years, it's never occured to jim to TEACH and add to discussions, start discussions and promote understandings of what he does to contribute to radio's success.
But he doesn't.
Above is the best essay I've ever seen about radio sales and I too have been here for many years.
SO JIM. Reread it again, assess WHY you're on gateway and maybe if you get past your hateful and defensive attitude, you'll have a Come to Jesus moment, and change your outlook.
Contribute. PAY FORWARD, PAY BACK to the talent that has worked hard to give you something to buy for your clients.
Whoever ever wrote or pasted this discussion starter, drown his petty crap out with good stuff about selling radio.
Lord knows, if radio's to survive, they need to know how radio must attract those who pay your salaries.
