Last night on "Twilight Zone," I saw Buddy Ebsen in an episode called "The Prime Mover."

I didn't recognize his face at first, but his voice was unmistakable. Tt was Jed Clampett, sure as shooting.

The story was a little morality play about gambling, and of course, the star of the show learned his lesson in the end, but it was still fun to see Ebsen in his pre- "Beverly Hillbillies" days.
