Kaari knew the dangers of traveling alone. Though N.asa had not returned for her in Paradise, she knew that she was safe with Rougaru's borders. Now that she had exited Atlantis, she had exposed herself to the elements of her surroundings. Spring was barely a blossom in the Commons, though the air was not as thick as Paradise. It isn't long before the little bay Arabian mix emerges from the sea that the looming stallion is invading her space. She shies carefully away, her elegant ears folding back in confusion as his muzzle brushes gently across her shoulder. It doesn't hurt, but the surprise stings. Her gentle honey eyes settle on the dark man, "What was that for?" she says softly. She watches him suspiciously as he explains his haste in claiming her, but the young filly doesn't quite grasp what that means. She has an idea of what it is, and her mind wanders to if that's why N.asa had always stayed away and was constantly moving. Did she repulse being claimed? She relaxes a little as she notes Jack's obvious uncomfortableness with his actions. She observes how nervously his words tumble from his lips at her. She smiles slightly, hoping to bring him some comfort. "I am Kaari, of N.asa and Rougaru of Paradise...although I am not sure where my mother is now," she admits. Where was her mother? "I am not new to these places...is it beautiful where we are going?" She inquires, chiseled head cocking to one side.
