Yep. It's called radio. I worked in it for a while, was successful for a while. In a top daypart. Was paid under 50 grand the whole time. Other jocks paid 30. Dare's team makes (made) 750,000. Johnny, Gregg, Tard, girl du jour and show production/promotion paid out of that 750,000 sure, but Lazlo is getting somewhere around 175-185k to program. Ain't no PD making that money. She was lucky to make what she made. No sex discrimination other than Entercom was grossly overpaying for talent in the first place.
