The Harbor King stood within the hissing surf, glacial blue eyes draw in the throngs of wandering horses. Some quietly converse in pairs, while others graze contently on the last of Autumn's yellow grasses. Soon the grasses would be frozen and buried beneath winter's snow, hidden away until Spring's thaw. He watched a moment longer until movement just mere feet from him draws his gaze. A dark colored, delicately built mare pressed past him and further up the shore - as if the stallion did not exist.

An annoyed breath is drawn across his lips. Who did she think she was? His ears wavered atop his crown until grumpily he buried them within his mane and followed after her. He allowed his eyes to admire her - the suppleness of her hips, the delicate curve of her nose and the dish of her face - she is unlike any from the Nordurland. The distance closed between them until he is at her hip and then trailed along her shoulder. He peeled back his lips and reached across the narrow space and left a claiming nip on her shoulder. His hooves begin to dance a quick staccato beneath him as he danced away from any repercussion.

"To the Harbor," he paused dramtically "for your King commands it."

He knew that he played a dangerous game with the fine boned woman. And he gladly would play it with her. His heart hammered wildly agaisnt his ribs as adrenaline coursed through his veins and breathed life into his bones. His muscles rippled beneath his patchwork hide as he danced away from her.
