I don't know that daytime is necessarily safe now. Last time I went a couple years back, some very thug looking dude (black) was making a series of hand-gestures to a City employee (also black) directly in front of me. I would have not paid attention if that City fella hadn't looked scared shitless. It was tense and made me not want to be standing anywhere close. Otherwise, food as always was great. They've stopped responding to a fiver held on the bottom of the plate though. Replies:
