Brilliant timing you say? Maybe brilliant for Pat but not so much to the hundreds of members that wanted something done sooner, like before they had to comply with all this BS. Tebbens might be a jagbag but he got us the 3% cola and the foreign fire insurance money. Pat uses the unions money to go on trips and conventions. Ask Cleary if he ever charged the union to go on a five day trip, fly back to work his Daley and then fly back out to the conference.
