Basically, “We weren’t included in the ruling, but our lawyers hope we will be included”
Nothing like sitting back and riding the coattails of other labor unions who fought for this ruling. Don’t memory hole what happened during Covid when CPD was front and center and our union was silently in the back. Replies:
