Re(4): What is Perfect Play in Singles for the First Four Exchanges? Posted on April 21, 2023 at 12:51:01 PM by jatna77
Interesting. What if the android receiver throws a perfect long dejada either inside or outside? Do you think the human server could get to it on the long court?
I do think that the android could throw a very fast, long, backhand, 2 wall from the corner that no human could get to in time, even if he knew it was coming. Perhaps the android would have to push off the wall with its legs as its cesta is swinging back, in order to create the space.
Well, it is just speculation. =p
While you are measuring things in frames, I am curious what the average time is from the front wall to the back-court player in both the long and short form. I have been trying to time it with a stop watch.
It seems like on the long court it takes an average of about 2 seconds to reach the back court player and for a rebote to the front court player about 3 seconds. But I could be off. I have not measured the short court time yet.
I know the long court ball is faster but how much extra reaction time do they have to deal with it due to length, compared to the short court? Perhaps that should be a separate topic but I would be interested if you have a take. Replies:
