If you all chip in, I think you can accelerate his learning by a couple of years. Or instead, you could just let him figure it out the hard way, on his own, languishing in the early games.

I guess my point is, is that how good Iriondo eventually becomes, is not just a reflection on him but on the entire MC Fronton, because the athleticism is there and he is theirs to be molded.

I am an Iriondo fan and I personally believe that he has great potential (Ernesto disagrees with me). As a rookie, in doubles, he really stepped up and came through for his team in the Battle Court playoffs and finals. He has improved a lot but he still needs work, especially in singles. His catching is not solid yet, his rebote needs improving, his offense needs sharpening, his court positioning and anticipation are lacking sometimes, and his serve... well.

Iriondo is a fast learner and according to Stu: a hard worker. I am certain that with the right coaching from his fellow players, a lot of practice, and some good old Eye-of-the-Tiger, Iriondo could make it to the top. I'm rooting for you Iriondo!
